How long does it take receive my order?

We aim to ship our orders within 5-10 business days, if you have not received a tracking code after 10 business days you can always contact us at contact@xileempire.com and we will help you out.

Once the package is handed over to our shipping couriers it takes between 3-12 days on average to reach all corners of the world. But in this stage you can follow the tracking code we sent to you and see where your package is at any time.
